The big idea
The tradition of carving pumpkins is believed to have come from Ireland, where they used to carve faces into turnips as part of the Gaelic festival of Samhain. But it’s a messy old business and who can eat that much pumpkin soup anyway! So instead, why not opt for one of our mini hand-knitted pumpkins as a cute autumnal table decoration.
